Mr. Coward, How interesting that you took the time to write in your comments. And even more interesting that we have chosen to respond to your comments in writing to continue a conversation which would never before have been possible. But, alas there is no real exchange of information happening here is there? Is anybody learning anything? Perhaps we could continue our conversation by asking you a question about the complaint's voice? We are not familiar with that voice and perhaps you could enlighten us? We may not be able to see each other or hear each other, but I would venture to guess that much could be learned in a written exchange of knowledge. Well who knows maybe your right. Maybe we will all be ruined by our personal memories of this experience we never really had?
