Base Internacional Bibliográfica Sobre Lectura y Escritura ("International Database of Reading and Writing") is a searchable database of publications on reading and writing in higher education in Spanish-speaking countries. The database is authored by Dr. Mireya Cisneros Estupiñán, Professor of Theoretical and Applied Linguistics in the Faculty of Education at Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira in Columbia.
