The WAC Clearinghouse

The WAC Journal Finds a New Institutional Home

The WAC Journal, published for 23 years with support from Plymouth State University, is now published by Clemson University, Parlor Press, and the WAC Clearinghouse. Following news that Plymouth State University, which has faced significant funding cuts, could no longer support the Journal, Clemson University (through the good offices of David Blakesley) made a commitment to supporting the journal. The WAC Journal will retain much of its editorial and review board and will continue to be part of the WAC Clearinghouse. Notably, Clemson is not the only institution that offered support, and we offer our heartfelt appreciation to the larger WAC community for the expressions and offers of support as we faced--and met--this significant challenge.

Sincerely,

Roy Andrews, editor, The WAC Journal
